The Pregnancy Centre^TM was birthed in 1999 by Demac Resources Pty Ltd., a company dedicated to lifting your health to new heights.

The resources and products promoted by The Pregnancy Centre^TM have been developed or used by Physiotherapist, Dianne Edmonds. Since her graduation from Curtin University of Western Australia in 1987, Dianne has gained over fifteen years experience as a Physiotherapist with special interest in women's health issues. She has helped countless women by conducting antenatal education classes, pregnancy and postnatal exercise classes, as well as providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment for those who experience physical problems associated with pregnancy and childbirth.

Dianne has also worked with and lectured to midwives, child and community health nurses, general practitioners, medical students, fitness instructors and physiotherapists in the area of pregnancy and postnatal health. She as been involved with specific pregnancy and postnatal health projects implementing strategies to assist in the early detection, referral and management of physical problems resulting from pregnancy and childbirth.

Dianne is currently the National Chairperson of the Continence and Women's Health Group of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, and has been in this position since December 2001.

Dianne Edmonds has seen firsthand how pain and the physical problems that may follow pregnancy can hinder women from enjoying life and achieving their dreams in their relationships, family, interests and career. The Pregnancy Centre^TM was initiated to equip women and health and fitness professionals with the information and resources needed to enjoy pregnancy and experience less physical problems than women who have gone before them.
